The Minnesota Center for Professional Development is proud to introduce a new and improved Registry. Please sign in to the Registry here.
We hope this new system will be easy to use, but if you would like to learn more about how to use its new features. Check back for dates of future demonstrations.
The Minnesota Center for Professional Development recognizes and supports the providers in the field of early childhood and school age education throughout the state. In all settings of early childhood and school-age care, the provider's experience and professional development is the key element to children's successful learning.
The Center is designed for everyone who has a stake in the future of Minnesota's children. If you are working in a child care center, a Head Start program or are a family provider, this Center is for you. If you are a trainer, a member of the Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) staff, or work in an after-school program, this Center is for you. If you are a neighbor or family member caring for someone else's child or a college instructor teaching early childhood courses, this Center is for you!
The Center has developed a Registry, a voluntary statewide program to document and recognize the professional achievements of people who work in the early childhood education and school-age care professions.
The Registry will provide continued support and recognition to those who are dedicated to ongoing professional development in the field. The Center supports the building of a network of trainers to deliver quality adult learning experiences in the field. You will also find training opportunities that are being offered throughout the state. The Center offers you career guidance to meet your professional development needs and career advancement.
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our Web site, join the Registry and visit the site often for updates and current training opportunities. After visiting our Web site, if you have questions regarding your professional development, please contact us.
