No Documentation? No Problem!

What do I do if:
- I am applying for individual membership or renewal and I don’t have any documentation to send in?
- I sent documents to Achieve but didn’t complete the individual membership application renewal in Develop?
We get these questions a lot here at Achieve. Don’t worry. No documentation? No problem!
Sending your documents to Achieve is optional and we realize there may be times you don’t need to send anything to us. Perhaps you sent all your documents during your last renewal or without a renewal and your documents weren’t processed. Maybe you took trainings that were electronically added to your learning record. Or maybe you just don’t have time right now to find and send copies of your training certificates, but you need a current membership for Parent Aware.
Whatever the reason, we get it. Don’t stress out. You can submit an individual application without documentation in just two easy steps!
Step 1: Log in to Develop and Submit your application.
Step 2: Click the I have no documentation to submit button and then click Confirm.

Please note: You may still receive a system generated email from Develop asking you to send documentation for items you listed as Self-Reported on your profile. The system sends this email out as soon as you click Submit, before you click the I have no documentation to submit button. Simply disregard the email, your application will be processed with the information already on file.
Your membership will be finalized within 42 days from the date you submitted your application.
