Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and energetic Full-Time Teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, foster social and emotional development, and ensure the well-being of children in our care. This role involves working closely with children, maintaining open communication with parents, and supporting a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that align with early childhood learning standards
Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect
Supervise children during activities, meals, nap time, and outdoor play
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families
Document children’s progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
Adhere to all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must meet MN licensing requirements for childcare staff
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for working with young children
