As a Classroom Aid, you would assist the assistant teacher and/or teacher by caring for children, by supporting them with personal care and by supporting with daily activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring that children’s routines are carried out in a manner that is consistent with child development principles
Assist with the care of each child in diapering, toilet training, hand and face washing, eating, and napping.

Available Locations and Schedules:
Richfield, Minnesota
Fraser School Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Hours are flexible, and we are looking to consider candidates who are interested in working part-time.
Requirements:
Age 16+
Desire to grow in early childhood profession preferred
Meet Classroom Aide qualifications as designated by DHS Rule 3 and NECPA standards
Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications that Fraser provides
Experience working in early childhood and/or with children with special needs is preferred
Ability to pass DHS Background Check
Ability to use clear and understandable written and verbal English
Ability to work independently and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
A passion for serving our clients, and have strong decision-making skills
