Professional Development Advisor
Provide, expand, and strengthen professional development opportunities for Northwest Minnesota early childhood professionals. Advise Parent Aware-participating educators on intentional career pathways.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with the ability to obtain a Professional Development Advising endorsement through Achieve
• 2 years applicable experience in the early childhood field
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, current insurance, and be able to arrange own transportation to meet with clients and conduct business within the service delivery area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the MN early childhood professional development system, including an understanding of early childhood related credentials and higher education opportunities
• Lived experience or a history working with individuals with low incomes
