Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This position involves engaging with young learners, implementing educational activities, and supporting their social and emotional development. The Child Care Teacher will work closely with children in preschool, ensuring their well-being and promoting early childhood education principles.

Duties

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
• Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs.
  Monitor children’s progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents or guardians as necessary.
• Engage in caregiving tasks such as feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly in preschool or daycare environments.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
  Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for educating young children.
  Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
