**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Co-Early Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. As a Co-Early Preschool teacher you will work alongside another teacher sharing responsibilities, planning and supporting one another.

**Duties:**

– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

– Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children

– Utilize effective behavior management techniques

– Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development

– Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents

– Incorporate activities that promote math, language, and motor skills development

– Follow curriculum guidelines and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

**Qualifications:**

-(1)High school Diploma or GED, 16 semester credits or 24 quarter credits, or

-(2)Diploma from Association Montessori International, or

– (3)Preprimary credential, primary diploma or provisional certificate, or

-(4) CDA (Child Development Associate credential, or

-(5) AA Degree in child development or early childhood education, or

-(6) Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

-Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
– Knowledge of classroom management techniques
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
– Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
