Here are a couple of important reminders for Develop Members looking to renew their Individual Membership and have their Learning Record updated with official transcripts:

• There may be a delay between the end of the semester and your newly completed credits and/or degree being reflected on your official transcript. Please check with your school’s Registrar’s office before ordering transcripts to be sure everything has been updated.

• Per MN DCYF policy, Achieve only accepts official transcripts to verify college credits, which are very important in determining your MN Career Lattice Step. Colleges and universities have strict policies around what makes their transcripts “official,” and each school has their own process for students and alumni to order them.

When you order official transcripts to be delivered via email, be sure to have them sent to Achieve (support@mncpd.org) as a “third-party recipient.” A transcript that was sent to you and then forwarded is not considered official.
