Develop members can earn Career Lattice Step 6 with a verified, current CDA Award from the Council for Professional Recognition. When you renew your Develop Individual Membership and Career Lattice Step each year, check your CDA information on the Education page carefully to make sure it has not expired.

If your CDA on file in Develop has expired, you must send Achieve a copy of your new CDA/Renewal certificate from the Council for Professional Recognition to maintain your Career Lattice Step 6 when you renew your Develop Individual Membership.

Achieve does not receive this information automatically, even if you complete your renewal training through Develop. If you do not send Achieve a copy of your CDA Renewal certificate when you renew your Develop Individual Membership, your Career Lattice Step may drop.
