Early Childhood Academy (ECA) in Belle Plaine, MN, is hiring a full-time Early Childhood Teacher to help preschool-aged children learn, grow, and build confidence.

What you’ll do
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom.
Plan and lead hands-on learning experiences using ECA’s established curriculum.
Support early literacy, math, language, problem-solving, and social-emotional development.
Use play, creativity, and age-appropriate activities to build confidence and independence.
Establish consistent routines that help children feel secure and successful.
Use positive guidance to support emotional regulation, problem-solving, and healthy friendships.
Build positive relationships with children and celebrate their individual progress.
Communicate with families about children’s learning and development.
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership.
Maintain an organized classroom that meets Minnesota childcare licensing requirements.

What we’re looking for
Meets Minnesota childcare licensing qualifications for a Teacher position.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of early childhood education experience preferred.
Experience in preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood education is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Ability to maintain classroom routines and a safe learning environment.
Patience, dependability, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Interest in professional development and ongoing learning.
