WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in partner childcare centers
• Help with daily routines and classroom activities
• Keep the classroom safe, warm, and organized

PAY
• Aide: starting at $17.00 per hour
• Assistant Teacher: starting at $19.00 per hour
• Lead Teacher: starting at $21.00 per hour
• Your starting rate is based on your qualifications and experience

SCHEDULE
• Minimum availability of 16 hours a week, so there is real flexibility here
• Most shifts are a full 8-hour day, Monday through Friday

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background study
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 25 miles to partner centers
• Availability of at least 16 hours a week
• Early childhood experience preferred
• Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher roles require qualifications under Minnesota DHS Rule 3
