Opening August 2025- Join our warm, loving home childcare program staff.
In Merriam Park Neighborhood, St. Paul, MN
Care for four infants in a supportive environment, when we open the infants will be 6-10 months old.
Guided by Waldorf education and the Pikler approach to early childhood care.
We seek someone who deeply loves babies and wants to learn or apply these philosophies.

Part-Time Positions:
Two positions available: 7 am – 3 pm AND 3 pm-6 pm,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Competitive Pay: $22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Two weeks of paid vacation over the winter holidays and the month of July off (without pay)

Guidance from a Waldorf Early Childhood Educator with 30 years of experience, currently completing Pikler Institute training.

Responsibilities:
Prepare the daily environment.
Attend to infants’ needs (diapering, dressing, feeding).
Establish peaceful rest routines.
Daily cleanup.

Work with a small group of families who share an interest in Waldorf, RIE, and Pikler approaches.

Ability for collaboration, a calm demeanor, and efficiency are essential.
