Our Child Care Connections Division is recruiting candidates for their open position!

ND QRIS Assessor

Support the goals and objectives of Bright & Early ND, North Dakota’s Quality Rating & Improvement System (QRIS), by conducting onsite observations and assessments of participating child care and early education programs. Collect and track data for both programs, author and share observation summary reports, and collaborate with QRIS colleagues and State partners.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Early Childhood Workforce Registry Member
  • One of the following
    • Associates degree or higher with at least eight credits in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
    • Current CDA Credential
      • AND ability to attain a minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent credits in Early Childhood Education/Child Development within three years
  • Minimum of two years of experience working directly with children ages birth – eight years
  • Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Infant, Toddler, and/or PreK CLASS Reliability Certificate
  • Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • Lived experience or a history working with individuals with low incomes
